Lin Kunsian, Naoki Uhara, and Sae Irie presented their research results on seismic retrofitting using bending members, basic properties of the one-mass Maxwell model based on the pole placement method, and estimation of earthquake damage to hospitals at the regional level, including nonstructural members and equipment.
