Dr. CHEN Yongsheng, who stayed in our lab for a year, is going back to the National Earthquake Administration of China, and we thank him for his active interaction with fellow lab members during the year. We held a Hanami BBQ to welcome the new 4th year students to the lab.
Mr. Yoshihiro Tamori, senior student, has been assigned to our laboratory since April. We look forward to his active participation in our laboratory.
Mr. Wang Yuchen, a first-year doctoral student from Tianjin University who had been staying with us for a year on a research exchange program, has returned home. He was a very diligent and friendly person who actively interacted with Japanese students. We wish him all the best in his doctoral research.
